Mysql replications: how to map position to bin log?

I got such error:

Could not execute Update_rows_v1 event on table mainframe.records; Can't find record in 'records', Error_code: 1032; handler error HA_ERR_KEY_NOT_FOUND; the event's master log mysql-bin.000097, end_log_pos 5572067

Now, how to map this end_log_pos 5572067 to mysql-bin file position? Is it character based? Can I somehow output the statement at that position?
