MySqlworkbench asking for convertion

hi everyone i have a question about sql in the programm of mysqlworkbench .I want to convert a er diagramm which i created in word into a database in sql.So Can anybody know to tell me how to connect the gas with the users in the programm .If the correlation in the er will be an array in the programma and how can it be..? here i post the er diagramm and the two arrays in mysql.! thanks in advance..!! :)
