Testing databasis for learning

I just instal oracle 12 c on Virtual Dub. I would love to get some sample of working database I can add in and use - to lear, how SQL works, how can I make an export to .xls and so on. Please, can you send me a link to any already-made databasis and how to add it in Oracle. Thanks a lot for your support. Petr
