Database : After applying SQL Server 2012 SP2, Full-Text Filter Daemon won't restart

Before applying SP2 to SQL Server 2012, I stopped the following four processes in Sql Server Configuration Manager under SQL Server Services:


Sql Server SQL   
Full-Text Filter Daemon   
SQL Server Agent   
SQL Server Browser

SP2 install completed successfully without error.

I went back in to restart the above processes, but the Full-Text Filter Daemon won't restart.

Is this a known issue, and how to fix it?
