MySQL “flush-hosts”, slow website

I was trying to unblock my site with the command "flush-hosts".

Everything worked really great, but after executed that all my websites with some connection to that Database are EXTREMELY SLOW, does this have to do with that command? Do I need to write another query after that one?

Please all my databases are inside that IP, and now all my websites are slow
