Long running query...only on replicated database

I have an issue I can't seem to solve and wondering if anything jumps out at you. I have a query that I got from one of our developers, it runs in about 5 seconds on our production database and also our development database. But when I run it on our replicated database of that production on our report server it takes like 12+ minutes to run. I can't find anything via sql tracing or tuning advisor. I've been scouring indexes and adding removing and anything that might help and still can't figure it out. Any ideas?
