How to maintain a live copy of sql server database in a pen drive?

I am having a situation in which i have to maintain a live copy of sql server database on an external location(pen drive) other than hard disk. This is because, the client needs to take the database to another PC, in case of a system failure.

Please tell me the best way to do this, as i am a novice with sql server.
