How can I track changes across 60 local databases with 1 million+ rows each?

The files are mdb and I have them locally on my computer.

Just trying to track changes across the 60 databases.

Realistically I want to compare two at a time and find the differences in the reports, but it's quite difficult because the files are 1 million+ rows each.

Any information would be helpful.

Know of anything?
