Delete fabricante_producto_solicitud only if is not related to modelo_marca_producto

It's possible, in one query, check if fabricante_producto_solicitud has relation with modelo_marca_producto or do I need to rely on programmatic way?

I need some advice to build such SQL query, if is possible, having as input an array of values as for example: [1,2,3,4, ..., n]. If it's not possible, could you give me your best choice to achieve this?
