Problem in ASM starting

iam working on wondows7 and oracle 11.2.0 this is my standalone system as i want to setup the ASM as i haeve createdthree logical Disk and ihave created parameter file for ASM but at the time of startup it is giving me a trouble so please any one can guide me it is giving two errors ORA- 01078 failure in processing the system parameter and ORA-29701 unable to connect to cluster synchronization service. please help
