In mariadb 10, on windows, how would I erase a database without starting the MySql service?

My MySQL service starts for a split second, then stops. I suspect that one of my test databases is corrupted. I need to drop it from MariaDB. Where are the database files stored by default, and which ones to I need to erase to simulate a database drop?
