SSIS - ERROR / ISSUE

I installed SSIS after installing SQL Server 2014 Instance.

I had a problem connecting to the MSDB folder in SSIS, but discovered I had to change the name of the instance in the XML file in the system. I did change it and now have access to the MSDB folder in SSIS.

However, my developer can't connect to it? I did give her permissions. I am wondering if I missed something on the install?

Any suggestions? Thank you!
