How can i Solve this issue at creating Schema Object at Oracle?

Hello I am learning PLSQL programming but the problem is that anytime that i Tried to create a schema object, I get the following errors : Ora-00604 error ocurred at recursive level 1 Or-08102 Index not found, obj #39 , file 1 block 61248

How can I solve it?
