Error "Slony-I creation script not avilable ; only joining possible" in SlonyI replication using pgadmin3

I am facing the above issue while Creating a base replication objects like database etc.. As a workaround i have done the changes like editing the options of Binary Paths in Pgadmin Console but no use still i am facing the same issue. My PostgreSQL version are 9.3, Pgadmin 3 version 1,8.3, Slony-I for PostgreSQL 9.3 version v2.2.3.1 and OS Redhat Linux 6.4.
