When importing Excel spreadsheets using excel source the columns are off

For a class assignment I'm supposed to import a excel file to the database and I'm unsure as to why the columns are off when I try to import and to the OLE DB Destination. Also notice that there are some Chinese characters. Can somebody please help me with this?
