How not to display column name during select query

I have a sql file which prints the count(*) of some tables and result of it is something like this.

COUNT(*)

 10443 

COUNT(*)

   497 

COUNT(*)

   567

now I have to run the same script against another database and take diff between these two results.

my problem here is the column name. it prints count(*) for each query in the script.

how to eliminate this and get only the numbers
