Error APP-AR-294094: An Unexpected error has occurred

This is my environment :

Solaris Version 10; Sun OS Version 5.10

Oracle Database Oracle Database Enterprise Edition

Version 11g (11.1.0.7.0 ) Release Name 12.1.1

In Oracle Application's Receivables Manager in Transactions section I am getting this message when I am changing the date in GL-Date Box and pressing the save button.

Error APP-AR-294094: An Unexpected error has occurred

What is the reason for it ?? and how can I resolve it ??
