I am trying import a database table to Postgres 9.3.5 database server using COPY command as follows:

It tries to load all available charset classes present under JVM.<br/><br/>I know memory for Perm Gen can be increased but there would be limit. I have increased it and would be doing a round of load testing. How can I avoid these errors? Can I solve all errors using only one kind of change at the COPY command or in the data being imported?
